From our extensive range of tooling we are able to offer a range of alternative and high strength crown wheel and pinion sets. To date we have 50 + different types of gears produced. We are able to give quotations from sample gear sets supplied.  All our gear sets are made from high quality steels.

The design and development process takes into account many factors - each gear is specifically tailored to suit its particular application. Careful attention is paid to the heat treatment process and every gear set is matched and lapped and then marked with an individual gear set number.For many years we have been the major manufacturer of Ford Motor Sport gear sets.  We also produce replacement gear sets for Land Rovers, Sierra, Cosworth, Transit Van, Caterham, and the MGB V8, Frazer Nash classic cars.
