Crown wheel and pinion production
In 2009 we changed our design and production system to fall in line with our ISO 9001 status.  This now means we can react much faster in designing and producing crown wheel and pinion sets.  We now offer a 60 days lead time from date of order for batch of 10 to 450 off crown wheel and pinion sets.
 
If you have a gear set that needs improvements in strength or ratio change then please forward a sample gear set to us and we will be happy to offer our design service and give you a full quotation.
 
Our current production is over 50 different types of gears sets and we supply to MOD applications, high end Motor Sport teams, Commercial vehicles and Vintage car replacement gears sets.
 
   
   
 

Production

KAM are involved with every step of the production process.  All gear sets are made from forgings. The finished gear sets are packed in individual boxes anti correction oil covered and the crown wheel is separated via a cardboard separator to stop damage in transport.  Every box is then marked with a part number, type and ratio.
