Over the last 19 years KAM Differentials Ltd has developed a full range of replacement parts for the Land Rover axle. Not only do we offer individual parts which are much stronger, they also give assured reliability. Added to this we have a full Diff Locker system that improves off-road capability and gives deployed vehicles a considerable advantage in traction to the wheels.

We have the ability to design specialist applications from component enhancement to full diff locker systems. We now have a growing range of stocked diff locker solutions for Land Rover, Santana, Iveco Massif, Toyota Dana and Suzuki axles.

Fleet fit out
The requirement for fleet performance and reliability is paramount in deployed vehicles. We not only offer better reliability and durability on our shafts, CV and gear sets, but less risk of loss of assets due to transmision failure in theatre. KAM’s parts are also cost effective when compared to standard OEM replacement parts.
Production
We are able to offer 1 off prototypes, pre production test batches and full production supply. We have a proven track record with supply into Santana SA – IVECO for the PS10 4X4 light vehicle. The project was followed through from 10 off test units to currently 5200 KAM Diff Locker units and 10400 KAM HD half shafts.
In the past we have produced many solutions to smaller applications and are happy to receive design briefs on any axle related improvements that you have a requirements for.
Crown wheel and pinion production
In 2009 we changed our design and production system to fall in line with our ISO 9001 status. This has meant we can now react much faster in designing and producing crown wheel and pinion sets. We offer a 45 to 60 days lead time from date of order for batch of 10 to 450 off crown wheel and pinion sets.

Our current production is over 50 different types of gears sets and we supply to MOD applications, high end Motor Sport teams, Commercial vehicles and Vintage car replacement gears sets.
