Product Range
The product range now covers Diff Lockers for Land Rover, Santana PS10, IVECO, Toyota and Suzuki. KAM are OEM to Santana / IVECO for Diff Locker systems and have successfully completed a fleet conversion of over 5200 Diff Lockers and HD shafts to the Spanish army.
The new IVECO Massif has a rear KAM Diff Locker fitted as standard on all OEM vehicles. Options for LSD and front diff locker combinations are now going to be released.

Crown wheel and pinions
KAM have expanded their range of 3 sets of crown wheel and pinions in 1991 to over 50 types of gears from top end Motor sport applications to Defence and commercial production.  We now offer a 60 day lead time for finished gear sets. This service is not offered anywhere in Europe with the value for money combined with quality.

Component Cost
What cost you might ask is this system?  In many cases the individual parts are less expensive than the original OEM and can give up to a 51% increase in strength.

KAM are seen as specialists in axle-part development and are currently working on a number of projects for defense applications for new Diff Lockers and improvements in drive line reliability.

Modular parts system
The KAM product range has several unique advantages that are covered by worldwide patents. The success is in the design which is called  “modular parts system”.  It means that the end user can take any of the up rated parts and fit them to the standard axle and then add other up rated parts as and when required.

A number of other Land Rover based fleets around the world are being retrofitted with KAM parts dependant on the particular component failure and frequency of failure.

With this flexibility the end user can replace the most frequently broken part in the fleet e.g. just half shafts or the CVs or fit the complete Diff Locker system and LSD to give a significant increase of life service reliability and vastly improved off road capability.
